Joiner Tours

1. If the tour is cancelled due to a bad weather condition (with the advice from DOST and the Coast Guard, if applicable), the tour will be automatically rescheduled. Rescheduling will be for the same tour only. Vagabondpinas will provide tour date schedules within a period of six months. If, after six months, the joiner was not able to join any of the rescheduled tours, joiner’s payment will be deemed forfeited. No refund will be given.

 

2. If the tour doesn’t reach the minimum number of joiners, the tour fee will be refunded or rescheduled. It is the responsibility of Vagabondpinas to inform the clients at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip.

 

3. If the joiner cancels his/her reservation due to personal issues /unforeseen events, his/her payments will not be refunded, and cannot be transferred to another joiner.

 

4. Joiner is required to pay at least 50% initial payment upon registration. Full payment or balance shall be made 10 days before the trip. Non-payment of the balance may result to cancellation of paid reservation/ registration. No refund will be given.

 

Joiner Tour International

1. If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather condition or for whatever valid reasons (example: Travel advisory from DOT/ Embassies), the tour will be automatically rescheduled. Rescheduling will be for the same tour only. Vagabondpinas will provide tour date schedules within a period of one year. If, after a year, the joiner was not able to join any of the rescheduled tours, joiner’s payment will be deemed forfeited. No refund will be given.

 

2. If the tour doesn’t reach the minimum number of joiners, the tour fee will be refunded or rescheduled. It is the responsibility of Vagabondpinas to inform the clients at least a week before the scheduled trip.

 

3. If the joiner cancels his/her reservation due to personal issues /unforeseen events, his/her payments will not be refunded, and cannot be transferred to another joiner.

 

4. Participant is required to pay at least 50% initial payment upon registration. Full payment or balance shall be made 30 days before the trip. Non-payment of the balance may result to cancellation of paid reservation/ registration. No refund will be given.

Private Tour (Local or International)

Private Tour (Local or International)

1. If the tour is cancelled due to a bad weather condition (with the advice from DOST and the Coast Guard, if applicable) or due to DOT/ Embassy advisories, the tour will be automatically rescheduled. Rescheduling will be for the same tour only. The group will provide Vagabondpinas a new tour date schedule within a period of six months for local tours, and one year for international tours. If, after the given period, the group was not able to provide a new tour date, the group’s payment will be deemed forfeited. No refund will be given.

 

2. Please note that for tours with flights, rebooking fees may apply. Vagabondpinas shall follow the airline’s policy for cancellation and rebooking.

 

3. If the group cancels their reservation due to personal issues /unforeseen events, payments will not be refunded, and cannot be transferred to another group.

 

4. The group is required to pay at least 50% upon Confirming your reservation. Full payment or balance shall be made 45 days before the trip. Failure to comply in a given time frame, your payment will be forfeited.

Flight Purchases

1. Flight purchases from Vagabondpinas is non-refundable, and not transferable to another person. Rebooking may be done with additional costs.
